- When you sent a cancellation request to your fulfillment partner, they declined it. Now you cannot edit the order, how can I reset my order?
How to reset the order

- On the order in Shopify, click on More action > Mark order as fulfilled (OFG)
- Uncheck Notify customer and click Confirm
- Click the 3 dots on the order and select Cancel fulfillment
- Now the order has been reset, you can now edit the order line items, put the order on hold, change the fulfillment location, cancel, or refund the order
