How to reset the order

  1. On the order in Shopify, click on More action > Mark order as fulfilled (OFG)
  2. Uncheck Notify customer and click Confirm
  3. Click the 3 dots on the order and select Cancel fulfillment
  4. Now the order has been reset, you can now edit the order line items, put the order on hold, change the fulfillment location, cancel, or refund the order
