Customers can place orders directly in your Shopify store and orders are automatically routed to another Shopify store. Optionally, you can also import product and inventory information from the other Shopify store. The other Shopify store can fulfill orders via their existing workflows & shipping carriers. Shipment tracking numbers are automatically synced with your Shopify store. In addition, they can also send you invoices and request payment.
Requirements
- Both stores sending & receiving orders need to be on Shopify
- Install Order Fulfillment Guru
- In Order sender (i.e. resellers, marketplaces, influencers, etc.), select the Professional plan
- In Order receiver (brands, suppliers, vendors, warehouses, 3PLs, etc.), no plan required

- Shipment tracking info is synced with your store and your customer receives a tracking number directly from your Shopify store

- Install Order Fulfillment Guru and select the Professional plan
- Ask your partner / supplier to install Order Fulfillment Guru, then go to Receive orders, and follow the AI assistant's prompts to set up the Shopify connector
- Once you receive the invitation email, click then Accept invite button in the email and follow the instructions to finish setup
