❗ If saving file using Mac, use Comma Separated Values (.csv)
, not CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (.csv)
file format
</aside>
You can use OrderID
, OrderNumber
, or FulfillmentOrderID
as the identifier for each order in the CSV file
<aside>
❗ If using OrderID
or OrderNumber
as the identifier, and if an order has multiple Fulfillment Orders (i.e. suborders), each suborder will be marked as fulfilled with the same tracking info
</aside>
You can include up to 5 tracking numbers per order. For example, if you are shipping furniture that requires multiple shipments, or if you have a different last-mile carrier
Invalid orders or tracking info will be ignored
The carrier must be one of these carriers supported by Shopify
The tracking URL is only applicable if the carrier is Other
You cannot mix and match carriers for an order as it’s currently not supported by Shopify. Please use Other
as the carrier if you have different carriers
In Shopify admin, go to Orders → More actions → Upload tracking CSV (OFG)
Select the CSV file and click Upload
