If you wish to place a test order, there are several options. If you are importing products from another Shopify store, simply use that product. Otherwise, we recommend duplicating an existing product and creating a test order.
<aside> ❗ This only applies to products created manually (i.e. for Email connector, ShipStation connector, or Shopify connector where products are not imported). This does not apply to products imported from other Shopify stores

<aside> ❗ For products imported from other Shopify stores, simply create the order using an imported product. You can always cancel the fulfillment request afterwards

In Shopify, create a new product or duplicate an existing product
<aside> 💡 The product’s status should be set to Active, but you don't need to publish the product to any Sales channels

Click Edit locations and change the product’s location to that of your Fulfillment partner, which includes the word (GURU). Uncheck any other locations. Click Save

Create a Draft order with test product and test customer

<aside> 💡 Instead of clicking Request fulfillment, you can simply wait a few minutes (usually less than 15 minutes) for the order to automatically process
