How to cancel

  1. In Shopify, ensure the order shows Accepted by partner (i.e. the location has GURU in it)

  2. Click 3 dots, click Request cancellation, then confirm Request cancellation

  3. If the Fulfillment partner is using the Email connector, wait for partner to accept or decline the cancellation request. If the Fulfillment partner is using the ShipStation or Shopify connector, wait 30-60 seconds for partner to automatically accept or decline the request. Afterwards, you can change the location on the order or edit the order.
