• The order has been sent and accepted by Fulfillment partner

How to cancel

1. In Shopify, ensure the order shows Fulfillment accepted by partner (i.e. the fulfillment location has GURU in it)

   

2. Click 3 dots → Request cancellation, then click Request cancellation again
