Overview

This option provides the simplest setup and has a streamlined customer experience. This is especially recommended if you have multiple pickup locations but want to manage inventory at 1 inventory location. You can also charge for local pickup or offer it for free. However, you won’t be able to send emails when an order is ready for pickup.

  1. Customers select pickup location and/or date time in shopping cart
  2. Select Local Pickup as a shipping option (you can offer it for free or charge for it)
  3. Automatically receive pickup confirmation email after purchase

Admin experience

  1. Go to order and simply click Fulfill item to mark the order as picked up
