Overview

When customer makes a purchase at your retailer, stockist, merchant, reseller, or another Shopify store (i.e. Order senders), they can automatically send the orders to you. If the order contains products from multiple suppliers, it is automatically split into separate suborders and routed automatically, so you only see what’s yours.

You can receive orders in multiple ways. Order Fulfillment Guru currently supports the following Connectors. Order senders can mix and match these connectors.

• Order sender Shopify store → to you via email and you mark orders as fulfilled via web portal
• Order sender Shopify store → to you via email and you print shipping labels (paid by Order sender) via web portal
• Order sender Shopify store → to you via email and you print shipping labels (paid by you) via web portal
• Order sender Shopify store → to you via email including a CSV file
• Order sender Shopify store → to your ShipStation account
• Order sender Shopify store → to your Shopify store
