Customers can place orders directly via your partner’s Shopify store, and orders are automatically routed to your Shopify store. Your store will fulfill the orders and shipment tracking numbers are automatically synced to your partner’s Shopify store. Shipping confirmation emails are sent directly from their store. In addition, you can also export product and inventory to the partner store.

Install Order Fulfillment Guru Shopify app in your Shopify store
No need to select a plan. It’s free to receive orders

How to set up

Once your partner has set your store up as a Fulfillment partner, they’ll send you an invite. Click on Get started in the email.
1. Fill in your myshopify.com URL (don’t add http:// or https:// in front of the URL)
2. If you are a dropship partner (i.e. you fulfill orders for a reseller), we recommend leaving Import orders as Unpaid orders
3. Click Continue

1. No need to fill out the Get started section, simply click Automatic setup on the invitation landing page
2. Click on Profile to review order-related settings
3. If you wish to export products to a partner:
  1. Find or create a collection in Shopify that will be used for export, i.e. Export collection
  2. Go to Order Fulfillment Guru, click Receive orders → Export products for the relevant Group
  3. Enable Enable product & inventory export
  4. Select the collection, i.e. Export collection
  5. If you are exporting Available quantity, also select the warehouse(s) where the inventory should come from
  6. Click Save + sync partner stores
